Q: How can I place an order without using my credit card?
A: Customers who do not wish to pay online with a credit card, please send a payment in the mail with your selection and item number to the address at the bottom of the page. If you need any further assistance, please contact our customer service department.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service by mail or telephone and they will give you further information.

Q: How long does it generally take to process an order?
A: Generally, it take two to three business days for us to process an order before they ship, no exceptions. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by shipping method paid for and UPS.

Q: Can I change, add, items from my order after it has been submitted?
A: No. Once an order is submitted it can only edited by F and M Group department. Please call us immediately at (323) 296-7073 if you need to change your order.
